Description:

This role is hugely exciting with sole responsibility in planning and controlling DEC’s training programme. You will be integrally involved in the preparation, delivery and continuous development of departmental training modules. This will involve reviewing DEC’s current and future training needs and ensuring that the training goals, strategies and results meet the objectives of the Company. To achieve this will involve building a close working relationship with department managers and their teams

Experience & Attributes:

Those who have knowledge of the oil industry coupled together with previous experience in training are particularly of interest. A good, practical level of computer literacy, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be of critical consideration in the selection process. You should be an outgoing people person with excellent relationship building skills and possess the ability to act on your own initiative. Candidates with no knowledge or experience will be automatically rejected for this position. You must have full UK working status and be able to interview immediately

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Hours: Flexible 37 ½ hours per week
