Rogers Oil Tools Dynamic Equipment Company (DEC) becomes North Sea authorised agent and service centre for Rogers Oil Tools. Based in Texas USA, Rogers is an industry leader in the sale and development of Drill Pipe Tongs, Speciality Snubbing Tongs and a Hydraulic Power Tong Positioning System. "This marks a significant step in growing the alliance with Rogers Oil Tools", stated Richard Hay, Managing Director of DEC.
