Dyna-Handler

DEC offer innovative and standard solutions to the oilfield industry for BOP, Diverter and Subsea Tree Handling.

The Dyna-Handler concept incorporates a number of different solutions for safely handling large and heavy objects in a rig environment. Within the standard range will have a gripjack or wheel drive system for moving the skids, and also skids which incorporate a test stump or with a retractable test stump system.

We also offer as standard, overhead handling packages for Diverters up to a fully autonomous gantry crane, rated to lift a 200t BOP with over 20m of long travel and 10m of cross travel.

Features & Benefits:

  • Our standard BOP trolleys and skids have capacities from 80 tonnes to 200 tonnes, with either driven wheel propulsion or clamp and skid propulsion
  • Compact design which can easily be retrofitted
  • Increases safe speed of operation
  • We provide a standard interface for fixed test stumps, or we can incorporate a retractable test stump into the trolley/skid assembly
  • Our standard Diverter handling packages include a driven rail design with 4 cylinder 80 tonne lift capacity, with individual cylinder control, using either pneumatic or zone 1 electro/hydraulic control systems
  • Our control panel includes a load cell system with calibrated gauges to indicate diverter weight
  • The Dyna-Handler standard packages include trolleys, skids, lifting cylinders, diverter trolleys with rated SWL's of  40, 80, 120, 160 and 200 tonnes
