Features & Benefits:
- The Dyna-RT units are conventional tension units for Jack-Up or Platform applications, with pushing cylinders rated from 650 tonne to 2000 tonne and stroke lengths to 600mm with passive compensation
- The Dyna-RT compensates for thermal and wave action within the production riser
- The tensioning force is infinitely variable from zero to maximum, using the DEC control system and operators panel. The RT units have a compact footprint with a variable deck load, achieved by spreading the load across the integral feet
- The high quality tension cylinders have a minimum design life of 25 years and are operable on various fluids from hydraulic mineral oil to water, glycol and firesafe fluids
- Using combinations of high quality stainless steel materials and cast steel, the Dyna-RT is maintenance friendly requiring only regular filter changes and minimum maintenance procedures to give trouble free operation for many years
- The Dyna-RT was developed for economic operation in marginal fields, allowing Jack-Up rigs to be used for primary production. The unit can be retrofitted to temporary tension decks installed on mobile Jack-Ups
